The Specialized Recruiting Group is looking for a Customer Service associate to process company orders.

Pay: $18/hr./FT

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and send part quotes to customers
• Follow up with customers regarding quotes and purchase orders
• Manage purchase orders, inventory control and logistics of machine parts
• Correspond parts information to the customer and sales team regarding price, shipping, and inventory status
• Inspect incoming shipments, input into company CRM
• Track shipments and document any damages, returns, missing or confirmed parts
• Coordinate with suppliers and management team on back orders to find resolution to expedite the purchasing and order placement.
• Create MS Excel spreadsheet for receiving container shipments.
• Issue RMA for customer part returns and warranty claims.
• Provide support to shipping department
• Act as point of contact for Starship
• Ability to streamline department operational processes

Job Requirements:

• Advance proficiency in MS Suite- Excel
• Lifting 50lbs
• Prolonged standing, bending, and kneeling
• Strong Attention to detail
• Ability to work in office and warehouse environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
