Job description
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing/One Hour Heating and Air is now hiring a Call Center Customer Service Representative for our Deer Park office. Duties include inbound and outbound calls for service, handling customers needs, such as setting up service calls, annual maintenance inspections ,emergency service calls, and dispatching technicians to their next assignments. Applicant must have excellent phone and communication skills. Service Titan Software experience is a plus. Call Center experience is required.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
