Enagic distributes its products through a network of independent contractor sales represents through a multilevel (network) marketing business model.
Job Overview
Responsible for the overall support and customer service to our distributors and end-users by fulfilling orders, and answering questions via email, phone, and in person. The representative is responsible for educating and training distributors in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities and duties
- Assist customers who contact us via phone, email or in person.
- Set up educational training seminars.
- Answer phone and email inquires
- Answer inquires through online chat support
- Correspond with new clients with regard to any question about their new purchase
Qualification
- Fluent Chinese and Japanese
- People-oriented - enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Adaptable/flexible - enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
