We are looking for full-time and part-time at our Palm Harbor clinics.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform imaging in a reasonable time (outlined in Rad PnP manual)
• Participation in QA activities to include maintenance of patient logs and RIS forms
• Retake less than 9% of all images taken during the month
• Utilize PACS to complete studies and transmit to telerad service
• Sterilize of reusable equipment through the use of an autoclave
• Perform accurate triages and discharges of patients as directed by medical team
• Input patient discharge instructions and prescriptions into computer software as directed by medical team
• During busy times in the office assist with minor procedures, wound care and patient care as directed by medical team
• Assist with the turning over of rooms per protocol
• Perform EKG’s and placing patients on the cardiac monitor
• Know and practice organizational values
• Strict adherence to organizational protocols
• Support the Facility Leader (FL) and complete tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Active State of Florida License required
• Active ARRT Certification (both R and CT) required
• Active BLS certification required
• Previous CT/X-Ray Technologist experience strongly preferred
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screen and drug test
• Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Perform the duties expected for an active role in a busy medical environment (standing, walking, lifting, etc.)
• Able to stand and work up to a 12-hour shift in the facility
• Ability to travel between local facilities (50-mile radius) in order to cover shifts
• Legibly write English, clearly speak English, and proficiently read English
• Bilingual Preferred

Pay: From $33.00 per hour
