Job Title: CT Scan Technologist Inpatient

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced CT Scan Technologist Inpatient to join our team in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate should have a valid CT Scan Technologist certification and be able to provide diagnostic imaging services to inpatient populations. As a CT Scan Technologist Inpatient, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT scans, ensuring patient safety, preparing and maintaining equipment, maintaining records of patients and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform CT scans on inpatient populations as per physician's orders.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during the imaging process.
• Prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring it is clean and safe to use.
• Verify patient identification and medical history before performing imaging procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and procedures.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Provide clear and concise communication to patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals regarding imaging procedures and results.
• Participate in training and development programs to ensure compliance with rules and regulations governing diagnostic imaging services.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CT Scan Technologist Certification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a CT Scan Technologist Inpatient.
• Strong knowledge of CT imaging procedures and protocol.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Proficient in using CT scanning equipment and related software.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including on-call and weekends.
