Job description
We are looking for individuals with the skills and experience to be successful Crew Members. Depending on their location and the needs of the restaurant, crew members may be responsible for everything from greeting customers and taking orders to preparing food and drink items for customers. Crew members will work together with other team members as a group to ensure that guests have a positive dining experience every time they visit one of our locations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customers courteously.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Answer customer questions.
- Communicate with other workers about customer needs.
- Answer the phone and take messages for the rest of the team.
- Prepare and serve food quickly and accurately.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
