JOB TYPE: Full Time, Exempt
SUMMARY The Corporate Process & Systems Administrator will support Danville’s mission and values by improving the reliability and efficiency of the internal systems and workflow processes that have been developed to operate its business. This position will be based out of the corporate office under the direction of the Corporate Controller. While direct reports are not expected, this position manages resources from regional sources to complete information system projects and improve internal workflow practices.

- Maintain a regular work schedule, report to work on time and, if unable to report to work or if there is a need to come to work late or leave early, contact the Corporate Controller per department call-in requirements.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead systems improvement projects and provide project management support for all implementation activities.
- Coordinate technical support activities of IT service providers and audit their billing records for accuracy.
- Provide basic information system support and training to company’s employees.
- Procure, maintain, and track inventory of company’s computer assets and cell phones.
- Establish frequent and productive communication with administrative staff in each regional office for the purpose of supporting their efforts to accurately keep track of regionally deployed computer assets.
- Maintain company’s Office365 account and end-user subscriptions with service provider.
- Maintain data within selected corporate information systems and provide training to company’s end-users.
- Evaluate existing information systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s computer systems and workflow processes through research of recent technologies, industry best practices, and software.
- Assist the Corporate Controller with ad-hoc projects including, but not limited to, creation of documents to instruct end users about operating the company’s software programs and troubleshooting issues, improving IT asset procurement activities, and deployment of new software.
ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assigned in alignment with the position.
- Travel overnight by car or plane up to 30% of time worked.
- Complete required training for position and notify supervisor of additional training opportunities.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- If driving is required, must meet company vehicle and safety policies, which includes having an insurable driving record.
- Must be able to pass a company-initiated background check upon hire and as required throughout employment.
- Previous systems administration experience required.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES •
- Ability to understand systems architecture, maintain data, support workflow processes, and troubleshoot information systems.
- Proficient in project management principles, including development of activity timelines, resource planning, maintaining a budget, and utilization of cost-control measures.
- Experience configuring computers and peripheral devices to support enterprise-level software implementations.
- Ability to multi-task, be detail oriented, and to work productively within a matrixed organization.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Must also be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with coworkers.
- Ability and availability to work in an office setting during normal business hours.
- PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Repetitive manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination.
- Ability to use all office equipment.
- Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, push, pull, reach, sit, and walk for periods of time.
