Collins Aerospace is actively seeking a Contracts Manager. This position manages and responds to requests and contractual data requirements for Aerospace business unit products. The primary responsibility of this position is to work with the business unit functional groups and provide external customers with contractual items that is required for the task.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Initiate and prepare integrated data schedules in accordance with customer requirements

• Ensure clarity, completeness, and enforceability of customer contract requirements

• Enforce discipline in tracking, fulfilling and managing contractual obligations

• Review program data to ensure compliance with customer and internal formatting guidelines.

• Perform property transfers and provide support to IPT to complete DD1149/DD250 forms

• Provide contractual support to programs such as non-disclosure agreement management, proposal management and data management

• Provide contractual support to programs such as analysis of FAR/DFAR/NFAR/GFAR/NASA and other government regulations

• Perform legal research on a variety of government contracts topics for the organization

• Other legal support as needed by the Office of General Counsel and Strategic Business Unit

• Some travel may be required

Qualifications/Experience Needed:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing customer requests for sensitive data

• Experience in recordkeeping

• Experience in contract management (government contract management preferred)

• Experience in legal research including drafting legal memos of research performed

• Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively internally and externally

• Experience in interaction with web-based databases

• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Strong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines

• Ability and drive to learn new skills (technical and functional)

• Experience in MS Office products especially MS Word and MS Excel

• JD and/or MBA is a plus

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
