What is it like to be a High Volume Recruiter at Swire Coca-Cola?

We are looking for a driven, proactive, experienced Recruiter to assist our Talent Acquisition team hire roles in our warehouses, production areas and merchandiser roles. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and HR team to help us find top talent and create a positive experience for every candidate. This position is heavily involved in day-to-day recruiting and , supporting the Talent Acquisition infrastructure, systems, policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to define candidate requirements and assist in the creation of effective job postings to attract desired applicants.
  • Post open positions to desired recruitment channels (ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, internal/external job boards, etc.) and proactively modify approach if desired applicant flow is insufficient.
  • High-volume recruiting managing dozens of open positions.
  • Source passive candidates (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
  • Partner with other Talent Acquisition Team members to develop recruiting strategies.
  • Work directly with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years high-volume warehouse and skilled labor recruiting
  • Experience managing at least 10 job order at one time.
  • Proficiency in leveraging communication technology (Skype, Teams, Zoom, etc.) for interviewing candidates
  • Proficiency in passive candidate sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Candidate Database tools, ATS, etc...)
  • Bi-lingual a Plus (English / Spanish)
  • Customer service oriented professional with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professional conduct while working with tight deadlines
  • Outstanding coordination and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Must be familiar with EEO regulations and AAPs
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive data confidentially
