Responsibilities
- Create process improvement plans based on data analysis of current operations and trends.
- Conduct assessments of current processes to identify opportunities for improvement and work with current operations team to establish next steps and follow through to ensure implementation is completed successfully.
- Regular communication with the Operations team to track project status and support in addressing issues/potential issues that may slow progression.
- Lead/Support in the Implementation of new processes, standard operating procedures, training plans.
- Develop 5S training plan and perform training of all teams.
