YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to monitor the construction process of our Brand Partner (aka, franchised) restaurants. This role is vital to the success of both new construction and remodels in many ways, including the assurance of the Wingstop brand’s prototypical standards. This role will be based in and is part of the West region.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Monitor the construction of GC’s (general contractors), signage, and equipment vendors’ schedules while providing quality control assurance of the brand’s prototypical standards
Interface with GC’s working on various phases of multiple projects and advise to ensure Wingstop Standards are being met for all new Corporate and Brand Partner restaurants
Track and control construction and vendor schedules to achieve completion of projects within adequate timeframes for successful, on-time openings
Review progress reports, check on any reported difficulties, and correct other reported deficiencies
Regularly review, communicate, and provide reports on progress and any necessary modifications of plans that seem indicated to Wingstop team and Brand Partners
Review and advise Brand Partners of change orders and additional fee collections from approved vendors and/or GC’s
Coordinate the décor element installation with GC’s and procurement with vendors
Administer final corporate inspection with GC’s and Brand Partners, and create required punch list to be completed prior to all new restaurant openings
Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
Identify and communicate new ideas and solutions to create efficiencies in the operation
Represent the Wingstop brand in a professional, polished manner at all times

WHO YOU ARE
HUMBLE: You feel there is always opportunity to further your personal and professional growth. Preferably, you have a Bachelor Degree in a related field. Valid U.S. driver license is required.
HUNGRY: You have a fire in you to keep pursuing excellence, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have 10+ years of franchise construction project experience, including managing a Remodel Program, ideally in a multi-unit franchise restaurant organization. You are an ongoing learner with an insatiable curiosity and dedication to self-improvement/development.
SMART: You have a high degree of emotional intelligence, an exceptional ability to convey ideas and gain alignment among others, and the aptitude to apply sound, strategic thinking to address a variety of business circumstances. You exhibit a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations, and you are well-organized and detail-oriented.
SERVICE-MINDED: You consider others at every turn by exercising your responsibilities in an energetic, proactive and organized way. You have a strong guest service mentality and a genuine desire to serve others. You are a natural when it comes to forming strong working relationships.
ENTREPRENEURIAL: You work with an owner’s mentality as you manage multiple concurrent projects from inception through execution, while never losing sight of your Brand Partners. You are a quick thinker with high energy and an efficient mindset. You have a positive, “get it done” attitude. Deadlines don’t scare you.

Frequent use of a computer and other technology essential to the successful completion of your everyday role responsibilities, often in a seated position.
