Ralph L. Wadsworth Construction is now hiring Laborers to start ASAP!
Pay starts around $19, Depending on Experience.
MUST have reliable transportation
MUST be able to physically lift up to 75 lbs. consistently.
The laborer assists in keeping the crews and job operating, which can involve many different tasks - performing a variety of routine general laborer tasks, perhaps operating heavy equipment tasks (after being trained and qualified), help move materials, among other tasks. You must be comfortable working as a team.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in construction/labor
- Transportation to work
- Be able to carry 75 lbs. or more
- Willing to do general laborer work (e.g. Sweep, clean up job site, run errands, use hammer and saw, dig trenches, etc.)
- Flexible availability to include overtime and weekends and nights
- Must be willing to work 65+ hours a week during the summer months
