The Computer Operator III processes a range of scheduled routine operations using Logistics Information Systems (LIS), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army) experience IOT receive, transfer, and turn-in Government equipment. GCSS-Army operators will process daily transactions, post goods receipts and issues, and create Purchase Orders to accurately account for equipment for multiple accounts. GCSS-A operators will generate transaction reports, inventories and transfer documents supporting the production control equipment cycle.
Major Job Activities:
Responsible for all operations of the GCSS-Army transaction process from equipment receipt to transfer to destination to include all responsibility for filing any transactions, reports, orders, and issues that occur on a daily basis.
Updates and maintains customer Delegation of Authority (DA Form 1687) accounts records.
Verifies and processes transfer documents to GCSS-A inbound and outbound transactions.
Generates periodic inventory and asset visibility reports as required, including monthly and quarterly sensitive items reports.
Resolves minor property book entry discrepancies using GCSS-A adjustment processes.
Participates in providing technical assistance in using the various LIS programs to maintain a complete and accurate database. Maintains hard copy files of property transactions, activity registers, causative research, adjustment documents, and other records related to AAE operations.
Researches and generates equipment component lists, equipment technical manuals and equipment identification using various LIS, as well as assists with preparing production Control equipment packets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Unit Supply/Property Book procedures to include GCSS-Army operations.
Must have excellent written, verbal communication skills.
Must possess and continuously maintain a current State of Colorado Driver’s License prior to starting or by 30 days after employment.
Security Clearance:
Must be US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) to obtain a CAC.
Must receive a favorable background check and drug testing results.

Pay Rate:
$24.65 per hour, plus applicable Health & Welfare fringe dollars as defined under the DOL’s Wage Determination.
