Responds to Consumer and Regulatory complaints regarding life and annuities.

Essential Job Functions

• Research and review complaints and follows up with clients regarding resolution. Interfaces with management, client, and customers to resolve issues. Responds to written inquiries such as correspondence.
• Prepare written responses to Consumer and Regulatory complaints by the allowed service Delivery date.
• Review policy files including telephone calls.
• Processes and tracks a variety of forms, mail and or transactions.
• Handles company confidential data according to policy and guidelines.
• Reviews, recommend and implements modifications to procedures and workflow as necessary to ensure efficient and effective processing of transactions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis of complaints.
• Provide feedback to business areas where processes were not followed or areas of needed in improvement.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Experience working with Life Insurance and Annuities
• Microsoft Office

• Good personal computer and business solutions software skills
• Good interpersonal skills for answering telephones and employee interaction
• Problem solving skills
• Organization skills to balance and prioritize work
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
