Overview: Housing Visions is growing again and we need great people to join our team! Housing Visions is a not-for-profit Developer, General Contractor, and Property Manager with a mission to be the catalyst for sustainable positive change in neighborhoods through real estate development and community collaboration. Based out of Syracuse, NY, Housing Visions works throughout Upstate New York and Pennsylvania.

This is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm Friday 7:00am-11:00am Pay Range is $17-$19/hour

Responsibilities: Responsible for the day to day operation of the assigned community including marketing, leasing units, collecting rents, meeting the needs of tenants and consistent curb appeal through preventative and appropriate maintenance. Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations, Housing Visions policies and procedures, priorities and values. Effectively communicate significant incidents, issues and or concerns to the Regional Property Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma with 3 years’ Property Management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Tax Credit or Subsidized Housing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license required with no major restrictions and acceptable to Housing Visions insurance carrier.
• Must be able to meet the requirements of a Drug Free Workplace which includes but is not limited to negative results on reasonable suspicion testing
