Must Have Skills: Strong writer, PowerPoint & graphics and Excellent organizational skills and time management

Responsibilities:
Work alongside the Castings HR Team and business partners to communicate
and engage with our workforce. A typical day involves crafting messages, developing strategic engagement tools, and attending meetings. Ideally, the person will be willing to be hybrid co-location, some days onsite while other days can be worked remotely based on personal need and work requirements.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors Degree, Communications and/or prior communication experience- willing to accept lesser exp- minimum 3 years exp
Willing to accept no degree with 5-7 years of exp

Technical Skills:
Strong writer
Proficient with PowerPoint & graphics
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Strong knowledge and understanding of current digital and social media (desired)

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
