$5,000 sign-on bonus for overnight (10p-6a) shifts. Starting pay of $22.25 including shift differential for brand new CNAs - pay rate increases based on experience makes for a high earning potential for this role!

Certified Nursing Assistants are the cornerstone of providing care and connection to our nursing home residents. C.N.A.s provide compassionate assistance with activities such as bathing, dressing, socializing and eating a meal. At Piper Shores, residents enjoy the retirement of a lifetime, and C.N.As make that possible! The nursing home team values open communication, teamwork, flexibility, positivity and accountability.

A valid C.N.A. certification is required, however we will sponsor payment of a training program if you do not currently have your C.N.A. Experience in a long-term care setting is preferred, but we provide excellent training opportunities for those who are interested in entering into this field.
