A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT SERVICE CONSULTANT
As a Service Consultant, you are responsible for all aspects of quality service for private household clients. With a service mindset and passion for delivering exceptional service, you provide support across a client's lifecycle. When new clients sign up for our services, you complete the fulfillment process. You contact clients over the phone to assist them in the process of obtaining information for payroll and tax-related issues.
By actively listening to our clients, you are able to resolve client questions and problems. In addition to delivering exceptional customer service over the phone, you also have the opportunity to use your sales skills to upsell additional services to existing clients. Your empathetic nature and ability to quickly resolve problems while remaining positive is essential to your success. And, when challenging situations arise, you continue to offer excellent service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates degree (Bachelor's preferred)
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- HR and payroll knowledge preferred

WORK SCHEDULE
This position has rotating shifts, so our Client Service Consultants need to be available Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-8 pm.
