Job description
You will be among a team of dedicated professionals who provide general adjuster support by performing a variety of different functions that may include but not limited to the following.
What you will do:
Prepare and mail letters and notices- New Claim intake, Triage and Assignment
- Regulatory reporting & Special state reporting requirement
- Process Payments
- Scan and index documents
- Answer phones (corporate and departmental)
- Ability to handle potential high call volume
What you will bring to C&F:
2+ years of relevant working experience- Comfortable with being customer facing
- A Solution focused, self-starter and team player
- Resourceful problem solver
- Quick to learning new concepts, methods and technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Comfortable with change
- Detail-oriented and resolution driven
- Capable of working across complex organizations
