You will be among a team of dedicated professionals who provide general adjuster support by performing a variety of different functions that may include but not limited to the following.

• 
  Prepare and mail letters and notices
• New Claim intake, Triage and Assignment
• Regulatory reporting & Special state reporting requirement
• Process Payments
• Scan and index documents
• Answer phones (corporate and departmental)
• Ability to handle potential high call volume

• 
  2+ years of relevant working experience
• Comfortable with being customer facing
• A Solution focused, self-starter and team player
• Resourceful problem solver
• Quick to learning new concepts, methods and technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
