We have 6 locations in Spanaway, Graham, Tacoma and Centraila

This is a permanent full time position, you will be taking care of children ages 6 weeks - 12 years. A key part of the role is planning, implementing and evaluating. We are a large educational program, our center has over 200 children currently enrolled.

Your duty is teaching young children between the ages of 6 weeks - 12 years. You play the important role of helping the children shape and mold their lives. You will provide an environment that is both caring and safe where they can grow and learn.

To succeed in this position you will need: (we can help you get and pay for certifications)

* TB Test * CPR Infant, Adult and Child * First Aid and HIV
* Blood Borne Pathogens * Pass a Background Check with the DEL
* 30 hours STARS training within 3 months of hire
* Food Handlers Card

Our centers provide online College classes thru Pierce College to help you achieve your Stackable credentials and ECE

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Spanaway, WA 98387: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)
