Channel Marketing Manager

ROLE
The Channel Marketing Manager is instrumental in driving revenue through our partner program. This role will report to the Director of Channel Marketing and requires an experienced marketing professional with an understanding of channel marketing programs for all types of partners including managed service providers, traditional VARs, hybrid solution providers, DMRs as well as our distribution and technology partners.
This role is responsible for partner communications, partner portal management, partner training, developing regional partner events, managing regional marketing plans. The role also assists with managing purchase order/MDF processes, incentive handing and channel operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute and manage regional marketing plans with key partners for assigned regions
- Develop regional expansion and recruiting plans with channel sales teams
- Develop customizable programs for partners to leverage
- Support the partner communications plan, managing the overall calendar and creating content, monitoring for effectiveness
- Manage all aspect of channel event participation from logistics to lead management
- Maintain partner portal content
- Work with channel organization to optimize qualification, onboarding and enablement of new partners
- Assist in the design and delivery of content for emails, webinars, seminars, websites, etc
- Provide regular reporting on the results of all initiatives and activities
QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Confident self-starter who works well with sales, channel sales, channel marketing, marketing
- Extreme sense of urgency, is creative under pressure and just gets the job done
- Team oriented with bias for action and a desire to win
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A track record and experience in marketing programs, channel marketing or marketing consulting
- Strong understanding of channel marketing, and overall marketing concepts
- Strong understanding of different partner profiles, their markets and drivers
- Strong writing skills
- Salesforce experience required
- PRM experience strongly preferred
- Some travel may be required (up to 25%)
- Bachelor's degree required
