Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated, certified medical assistant who has experience working in a skilled nursing facility to join family. The Certified Medication Aide (CMA) will work directly with the doctors and staff to ensure that the office is running smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a high degree of attention to detail and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times. We offer 12 hour shifts: 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medicine and injections.
• Perform simple procedures on patients., such as blood pressure checks, temperature and pulse checks, and blood tests.
• Complete and document patient exam forms.
• Communicate with patients and their families.
• Refer to specialists when needed.

• Medication Aide Certification (Required)
