RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Responsible for the accurate, correct, and efficient handling of all monies in the till
• Should be at all times courteous and polite to all customers(Treat Customers the way you want to be treated)
• Provide responsive, exceptional service to customers by answering questions, making recommendations, providing samples.
• Cooperating with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for making sure all purchased items are paid by the customer
• Responsible for making sure that all customers are satisfied with their transaction
• Updates displays, and other customer-facing areas to ensure new items and promotions are showcased.
• Confirming that all displays, products, and services comply with company standards.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies.
• Responsible for knowing all item codes
• Should not process transactions of immediate family members and relatives in line with the company’s policy on prohibited conduct

• May perform other tasks that are assigned from time to time.
