RightSpace Storage is looking for motivated, organized, high energy people to join our Call Center Team.

Full Time and Part Time positions are available, in our beautiful Dana Point, California office. Some weekend days may be required. The beginning wage is $19-$23 per hour plus commissions - no experience required.

A Day on the Job:

• Answer inbound hot leads and convert to customers!
• Follow up with online reservations
• Support customers in finding the best product for their needs
• Answer questions for potential customers

Requirements:

• The ability to listen
• The capacity to think on the fly and make quick decisions
• Intermediate computer skills
• Customer focused - able to adapt to various personality types
• A multi-tasker who can set priorities and manage time effectively
• Call Center or phone sales experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
