CAKE DEPOSITOR – BAKER ASSISTANT
Do you like early mornings?
Monday - Friday, 4 AM to 12 PM
Full-time + Benefits
No weekends Closed Sundays Closed Holidays
Responsibilities:
Complete morning preparations for production
Operate our automatic batter depositor for high volume production of cake layers, cupcakes, and sheet cakes to company quality standards
Cook custard and chocolate syrup in a 140qt steam kettle
Assist the operation of the rotary and rack ovens
Assist mixing batters and icings
Requirements:
Passion for baking exceptional products in a supportive team environment
Previous commercial baking experience helpful not but required
Baking/Pastry Arts Degree helpful but not required
Attention to Detail and Presentation
Strong work ethics
Trouble shooting, and Team Player
Ability to lift and carry product trays, push/pull full cabinets
Ability to bend, reach, stand 8+ hours, and work near commercial ovens/freezers
Must pass background and drug screening
