We're seeking a diligent and collaborative Business Development Representative to join our sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in our organization's growth by identifying, engaging and converting potential customers into lifelong users of CareerSafe's products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Researching potential leads and their organizations according to established procedures.
• Initiating contact with leads via phone calls and email communication and following up as necessary.
• Utilizing discovery questions to assess the viability of each lead.
• Employing sales techniques to generate interest in CareerSafe products and convert leads to customers.
• Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of every converted lead.
• Leveraging Salesforce features and record-keeping best practices to ensure the quality, clarity, and completeness of all sales-related information.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience nurturing sales leads.
• Experience selling technology-based products and software solutions preferred.
• Superior customer service presence.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide consistent, concise, and accurate information.
• Strong typing skills and experience using Microsoft Office applications and internet tools.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.

Location: Remote within Texas or in office at our local branch located in College Station, TX
