As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include answering phone calls, texts, online chats, and emails from customers to schedule service appointments and Safety Recalls.In many positions, you are the first point of contact with potential customers via email, phone and live chat to answer questions, and provide assistance as needed.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: • Meet and greet customers in a professional manner on the phone

• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively with customers and employees while handling multiple

tasks simultaneously • Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
