Hiring Salary: $5,744-$7,658 per month.
This position is located in Bismarck, ND.
Summary of Work
The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between business users and information technology to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate requirements for new or changed business processes, policies, and information systems. To be successful in this position, leadership skills, knowledge, experience, and problem-solving skills will be utilized to determine solutions to business problems.
The essential function duties include:
- Analyze initial business goals and needs.
- Evaluate product requirements.
- Support the design process.
- Facilitate communication between interested parties.
- Test and document the implemented features.
- Work as the primary liaison among the WSI stakeholders.
- Manage, monitor, and respond to requirement risks.
- Support implementation activities such as training, updating documentation, managing ongoing application change requests, and resolving production-related incidents.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the current and future state of business systems.
- Assist business units in problem-solving.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
- Or a combination of education and/or related work experience may substitute the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

- Confident, articulate, and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Forward-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Must be dependable, organized, self-motivated, resourceful, and flexible.
