Finish Blade Foreman

Asphalt Specialties Company, Inc. is a Colorado family-owned corporation. We specialize in meeting individual customer needs while providing quality products and services throughout the Front Range of Colorado. We supply a full range of building materials including aggregate, asphalt and many recycled products.

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Finish Blade Foreman to lead a Grade Crew. This is a working foreman position where you will be responsible for the operation of a Blade as well as supervising employees on your crew.

Responsibilities will include:

• Operate Blade to level surfaces to specified grade
• Manage production, equipment and project daily
• Train and supervise employees
• Prepare and submit daily timesheets
• Oil, grease and/or make necessary adjustments to equipment as needed
• Follow all company safety policies
• Responsible for filling out daily equipment sheets
• Clean MVR to operate company vehicle
• Other duties as assigned

Must be available to work overtime and weekends.

Valid Driver License and drug screen required.
