The GEICO Sales Office in Aurora is looking for a hardworking + dedicated Business Development Superstar to grow with!

This position can be full or part-time, does not require to be in-office, but does require the individual to be on the road visiting businesses/organizations and attending events.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $40.00 per year

What you would do in this role:

• 
  Build, maintain, and grow relationships with local realtors, mortgage brokers, small businesses, and organizations (Chamber of Commerce, etc...) to grow our referral program.
• Educate others on our ability to assist and help them close more sales in their respective business.
• Visit points of interest to hand out marketing materials and promote the GEICO Local Office Brand.
• Co-ordinate and attend events where GEICO Aurora can be a sponsor.
• Order Swag!
• Purchase items for events or business meetings and turn receipts in for co-op.

• People person - not afraid to engage and network with other professionals.
• Network of referral partners (realtors, mortgage brokers, accountants/CPAs, networking organization, friends, family, etc...) or ability to develop one!
• Ability or demonstrate ability to generate your own leads!
• Punctual and organized.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Valid and active Colorado Driver License.
• Your own vehicle to visit points of interest.
