SUMMARY: Seeking an individual that would be responsible for the day to day responsibilities of the office. The ideal candidate must be professional, love to work with people and enjoy solving problems. Must convey warmth and openness along with authority, possess common sense and be a good communicator.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Providing first-line customer service to all prospective residents and current residents

* Answering all incoming calls and emails

* Completing rental forms and agreements

* Collecting rents/deposits

* Assisting the Property Manager in collection of delinquent rents

* Proactively looking for ways to better the experience for our residents

* Processing of all administrative forms and reports

*Perform residential leasing, telephone and sales techniques successfully

*Send out late notices and file evictions

*Other duties as determined and required by the Property Manager

QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST:

Have excellent customer service skills
Be proficient in MS Word and Excel
Have strong math skills
Be a fast learner
Have the ability to multi-task
Be detail oriented
Be well written
Work well under pressure
Be tech savvy
Be organized
Be a self-starter
Have valid driver's license
