Baylor Environmental Services Utility Worker starting at $25/hr!

** Part Time Days working Weekend Only (Saturday and Sunday) from 6am - 6pm **

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus - is immediately hiring a Weekends Only Environmental Services Utility Worker to work 6am - 6pm Saturdays & Sundays and holidays.

As a Environmental Services Utility Worker, you will carry out our Mission of Love by providing the best quality environmental housekeeping service, through continuous training, to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment.

Our Environmental Services Utility Worker is responsible for the following:

• Maintains a clean, healthy, and safe environment by performing housekeeping utility worker duties as assigned. Assist Environmental Services Workers in annual house cleaning. Moves furniture/appliances as needed. Cleans light fixtures and change lamps as needed.
• Reports upon first notice any environmental situation which could pose a threat to the safety or well-being of the Masonic Village Residents/Staff.
• Uses housekeeping equipment in a safe and effective manner as trained by supervisor. Performs routine minor equipment maintenance to ensure all equipment remains in a clean and operable condition. Maintains specialized equipment, such as buffers, extractors, pressure washers in a clean and operable condition.
• Assist Housekeepers in annual house cleaning. Move furniture and appliances as needed for cleaning. Clean light fixtures and change lamps as needed.
• Completes special projects as assigned by supervisor, including setup and breakdown of chairs, tables, etc. for special occasions. Assists with removing snow and ice as directed by supervisor. Picks up and delivers equipment, supplies, furniture, etc. for residents, activities, and Masonic Village functions.

What You Have:

• Valid PA Drivers license is preferred.
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• Must have good written, oral, organizational and basic computer skills.
  
• Must be willing to receive on the job training.
• Must have a desire to work with the older adult population.
• Are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 or willing to become fully vaccinated upon hire. Masonic Villages will review and consider medical and religious exemptions.
