We ensure that our Bartenders receive extensive training and development, are continuously set up for success, and feel welcomed in our Firebirds family! Never worked in a restaurant before but have a passion for learning more? It will be our pleasure to start you in a role where you can train and develop skillsets to become a hospitality expert!

What we expect of you:

• Greets guests immediately
• Provides Firebirds style of Service Priorities in bar and Firebar® areas
• Pre-busses Firebar® to ensure cleanliness
• Enters all food and beverages into Micros POS system
• Assists guests in making menu and beverage selection—recommends wine to compliment the entrée
• Suggestively sells non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages
• Prepares alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar guests and well tickets
• Checks and confirms customer identification cards to ensure legal drinking age
• Mix ingredients to prepare our craft cocktails according to recipes
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Remains guest focused to ensure extraordinary experiences—replacing frozen martini glasses or engaging in friendly conversations
• Assists guests with To-Go orders
• Keep your station Neat, Clean, and Organized
• Comfortable working as a team in a fast-paced environment
