Requirements/Responsibilities
As a member of the Chick-fil-A Troy Team, all Team Members are responsible for creating a guest-centered environment. Our first priority is always to anticipate the needs of our guests and seek to exceed those expectations with excellence and genuine hospitality. This begins by serving other members our our team with excellence. Therefore, all members of our team are expected to be willing to serve in each area of our restaurant in a manner that prioritizes our guest experience and upholds our team values.
Back of House Full-Time Team Members are responsible for serving our guests and our team with excellence. The day-to-day task may vary, but may include preparing and cooking food, following established food-safety procedures, some heavy lifting, cleaning, stocking, and setting up the following shift for success.
Back of House Full-Time Team Members should be available for a minimum of 35 hours per week.
Typical full-time shifts might be 5:30am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-11:00pm, but specific hours can be flexible.
