Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and work to understand their needs.
• Work as a liaison between customers and service technicians working in the garage.
• Writing service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.
• Scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available service options to customers.
• Estimating costs for repairs and determining a repair timeline.
• Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.

Starting at $50,000/year pending experience
