We are looking for an entry-level, energetic, results-driven Retail Sales Associate to actively seek out and engage customers with our client's products and services. The purpose of your sales presentations is to ensure a customer is informed about all options and solutions to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability for the company. We are an Authorized AT&T dealer and we are very excited to take on this partner!

Responsibilities:
- Present and promote AT&T products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in a retail setting
- Act as a liaison between our Clientele and their customers within retail locations
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Effectively manage and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Stay up to date on all new and existing products, services, and promotions
- Professionally and compliantly represent not only our company but our clients as well
