As an Associate Sales Consultant in the Weatherby Healthcare division, you will gain experience and the skills required to someday become a successful Sales Consultant within our organization. The Associate Sales Consultant role will assist with recruiting providers and other sale related support activities.

Responsibilities:

• Generate calling lists and searches to assist in building a pipeline of qualified providers
• Contacting new and old providers to gain interest/commitment in working with Weatherby
• Building and developing our provider database
• Assist in managing and updating scheduling calendars
• Work with clients, & providers to create a good onboarding experience
• Assist with reimbursement, accounting issues, hospital privileging, and licensing
• Working to reengage previous providers and generating referrals
• Achieve monthly goals/KPI’s

Qualifications:

• Strong “hunter” approach to sales with ability to create, grow and manage a book of business
• Have experience and comfort with making cold calls
• Have persuasive and influential written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to take and give feedback
• Have knowledge of the healthcare industry - it's a bonus, but not required
• Are a go-getter, with grit
