About You
As an Associate on our Client Services team, you will be the internal and external facing relationship manager for charity partners and clients across all lines of Global Impact business. The Client Services team works closely with the overall Campaigns team to provide essential program support to ensure clients and partners can achieve their goals of increasing employee giving revenue and aiding employees when in need.
We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates the ability to:
Coordinate membership and client services, including application review and approvals, direct client support, and implementation of key workflows and processes.
Organize and update application materials, prepare and compile applications, proofs, and edit documents, and implement quality assurance controls with an attention to detail and a focus on stellar customer service.
Ability to collaborate within a team environment on prioritizing projects that are intended to streamline current processes.
Responsibilities
Associate degree or equivalent.
1 to 3 years experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in a membership or client services environment.
Experience examining and applying regulatory policies and procedures, familiarity with non-profit financial and organizing documents, i.e., IRS Form 990, financial statements, and articles of incorporation, is preferred.
Strong desire to serve a mission-orientated organization, interest in international relief and development, fundraising, emergency response, and/or employee programs.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to be an effective team player.
Customer service focus is essential.
Ability to manage strict timelines and adhere to deadlines, strong organizational skills.
Ability to adapt and learn new technologies and systems.
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite experience required, including database experience.
Prior experience with SharePoint and Salesforce is strongly preferred.

The salary range is $42,000 to $45,000, depending on the experience you bring.
On top of the competitive salary that we are offering, you’ll receive 12 paid holidays and 25 paid days off. We provide an excellent benefits plan including parental leave, medical, dental, short-term, and long-term disability, and a 401K program.
This position requires 1-2 days per week in the office in our Alexandria, VA office.
