Business and Real Estate Associate

SBEMP’s Business and Real Estate Department is led by attorneys who have successfully handled a diverse range of business and real estate matters, including corporate formation, mergers and acquisitions, business restructurings, land use, real estate purchase and sale transactions and commercial leases. Candidates for this position will work with SBEMP’s leading partners on complex business and real estate matters and will collaborate with other departments where appropriate. SBEMP is a service minded firm that encourages giving back to the community, and the personal and professional growth of each team member.

For the role of Business and Real Estate Associate, candidates need at least 3+ years of experience practicing in the areas of real estate and business law. We ask that you possess strong organizational skills, be a self-starter, and that you are motivated to learn and grow as a real estate and business legal professional.
