SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
1+ years hospitality management experience including hands-on managing FOH or BOH and operations
A high level of motivation with the ability to create/sustain an environment focused on passion for extraordinary guest service
An outgoing and positive personality to engage community and execute Local Store Marketing opportunities
Operational expertise to achieve company and store objectives for hospitality, quality, P&L, safety and cleanliness
Ability to develop strong Teams focused on consistently serving the highest quality food with enthusiasm and energy
Drive to succeed and plans for future promotion to General Manager at one of our local locations
Current or willingness to achieve Serv Safe certification
Able to pass background screening

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $34,000.00 per year
