Assistant Managers -Job description includes but is not limited to:

• Preparing product according to formulas and to customers' satisfaction.
• Empowers Associates to make sure all customers leave happy.
• Resolve customer complaints/issues.
• Proper and safe handling of food products.
• Minor and detailed cleaning of the restaurant. Ensures guest service in all areas meets applicable standards for quality, value and cleanliness
• Upselling abilities.
• Prep / Identification of Needs
• Proficiency with computers and phones
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash.
• Completes all daily and weekly store paperwork including, Weekly Sales Reports , inventory and labor reports.
• Places and receives food and beverage orders.
• Trains team members in all positions in the store.
• Assists the Store Manager with team member orientations and gives hiring recommendations to the Manager.
• May supervise and operate the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager for prolonged periods of time. (e.g. vacations, etc.)
• Train and prepare to move to next available store manager position within the market.
