Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Assistant Director is to develop, lead and execute the universities strategic enrollment objectives in collaboration with the Vice President of Business Development. The role will be responsible for marketing, customer relations, brand/image, and all business development initiatives. The Assistant Director serves a critical role in engaging current corporate partners as well as the development of new partnerships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

  • Manages and develops the pipeline for industry partnerships
  • Coordinates with multiple offices across the institution
  • Presents and recruits at Webster University Information Sessions and Corporate Education Fairs Manages monthly and annual data analytics reports for the VP of Corporate Partnerships Develops and executes corporate partner recruitment plan
  • Identify new cohort opportunities and maintain growth of
  • Liaison between admissions and SBT to cohort students’ needs are met and paperwork submitted appropriately
  • Maintain monthly MOU database to be sure documentation is current and up to date.
  • Receive and Process all Employment Verification forms in a timely manner
  • Coordinates with Finance Department to maintain accurate student billing
  • Works closely with other departments within the organization on corporate partner related programs, corporate Partner Tuition program, MOU design, community relations, public relations, and
  • Work with VP to develop state and regional environment scans to identify corporate partners within
  • Maintains records of all community engagement and aligns with Webster's mission
  • Manages project surveys and develops communications strategy for potential corporate partners
  • Researches, prospects and establishes leads for corporate relationships followed by an introductory needs analysis/discovery meeting between prospective partners and VP of Business Development
  • Develops, initiates, and facilitates webinars for Extended Campus directors to train on corporate partner
  • Manage and implements special tasks for the Vice President of Business Development

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities*

  • Website maintenance and editing
  • Build individual landing pages for each corporate partner
  • Fulfill VP’s responsibilities, when absent
  • Other duties, as assigned by VP

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required - Master's Preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer software programs- CRM management, Microsoft Office, Outlook
  • Experience in managing CRM
  • Excellent organization and analytical managerial skills
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends and data to support
  • Data Analytics experience
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Requisite Experience

  • 2-3 years in Business Development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
