Xeridiem supports clients from their early design stages, providing quick turn-around times for speedy prototyping, design refinement and Pilot Production, and scale up into manufacturing.

SUMMARY:

• Attributes required for this position include ability to follow instructions, meet schedules and priorities, have excellent attention to detail, initiative, work well within a team, and have the ability to produce consistently high-quality results. For entry level, we will train employees with good mechanical aptitude and work ethic.
• Reading and interpreting manufacturing procedures, inspection procedures and comply with their requirements. All documents are in English only.
• Assembly of catheters in clean room.
• Ability to learn new equipment and processes, and quickly demonstrate proficiency in their operation.
• Document material transfers, completion of manufacturing steps and verification.
• Ensure that processes and materials are in compliance with quality system requirements.
• Maintain clean room area per procedures.
• Training of future assemblers on procedures.
• Build medical product assemblies with a level of quality, consistency, and speed to meet the design specifications and production schedules.
• Ability to evaluate personal work space, equipment, and tooling to ensure it is in compliance with specifications and procedures.

• High School diploma or its equivalent and passing basic skills test
• May be required to complete formal training and certification in area of specialty
• Ability to problem solve identify errors, deviations from procedure's, and defective parts. Accuracy, attention to detail, and thoroughness
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and hand dexterity
• Ability to comprehend and comply with company safety and quality standards
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
