Joined Management is looking to fill an Asset Manager position for our 4 multifamily apartment complexes in Jacksonville, Florida. All properties are subsidized through HUD so compliance knowledge is a must. In total there are 500 units between all 4 properties. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Oversee property staff (property manager and maintenance staff)
• Assist staff in any area needed (contractor bids/renovations/capex projects)
• Assist in building annual budgets
• Ensure HUD compliance for file audits and physical REAC inspections
• Interview potential property staff
• Monitor property expenses

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 3+ years experience as a HUD property manager in addition to exerience overseeing maintenance staff.
• Ability to multi-task
• Customer service oriented
• Computer knowledge (email, microsoft office etc)
• Ability to be available for property emergencies
• Abilty to travel between all locations (valid drivers license and reliable transportation)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
