Ensured effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications and consulted the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
Established the root causes of application errors, and escalated serious concerns to the Senior Engineers.
Was responsible for creating and sending release notes to the department.
Monitored and tested internal web applications prior to the releases.
Onboarded new employees by providing training and maintaining a knowledge base of internal tools.
