What You’ll Be Helping Achieve
You will be bringing cross-functional Agile Teams to the FDIC to that will responsively deliver business value with high quality software. You will apply Agile and DevSecOps best practices to support the continual improvement of system configuration and custom development. You will also contribute to evolving development standards at the FDIC and share lessons learned with other stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Working On:
  • Develop complex technical solutions with Appian and tangential technologies
  • Supports design, development, and test activities
  • Guide team members on architecture design, configuration management, DevSecOps, and other program initiatives as needed to drive technical success
  • Contribute to Agile best practices
  • Ensure solutions are built for scale and performance
  • Create and document implementation best practices as well as knowledge base articles for internal enablement
  • Provide thought leadership on process improvement
  • Mentorship, training, and enablement of resources
  • Under direct supervision, reviews, analyzes, and modifies packaged software systems including encoding, testing, debugging, and installing to support an organization’s applications systems.
  • May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
  • Writes manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
How You’ll Excel In Your Role
  • Problem-solving skills and proven record of working well in a team environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in analysis, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent analysis and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Work with other team members and ask for assistance as required
  • Effectively communicate progress on assignments and potential blockers
  • Strong sense of ownership of your work
  • Enthusiastic about coaching more junior team members
Required Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience
Preferred Experience
  • Public Trust Clearance
