Our office is in Las Colinas, Texas. This position will have the following considerations:
Hybrid (preferred): Works regularly both Onsite and Remote, resides within the headquarters office locality.
Remote (will consider): Works primarily offsite, resides outside of the headquarters office locality within in the continental U.S.
Key Responsibilities:
This position will provide analytical support to sales initiatives.
- Provide analytical support and reporting through utilization of the firm’s database of retail and/or institutional clients.
- Produce and maintain sales metrics for sales team, sales management, and senior management.
- Compile and analyze information using third party databases such as Morningstar Direct, Walletshare, Envestnet, Broadridge, RIA Database, and others.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate, identify, and measure campaign data
- Manage dynamic dashboards to track performance in data management/data visualization tools.
- Generate insights about the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts
- Partner with IT and Sales Operations to build and maintain operational effectiveness and optimize the sales process.
- Special projects as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or related work experience within financial services or a related industry is a plus
- Ability to use data management and data visualization tools such as Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
- Strong analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic with proactive mindset and detail orientation
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
