Interested in having a front-row seat to seeing what healthcare transformation looks like? We are currently seeking an Analyst/Sr Analyst, Clinical Operations to join our team to lead critical population management processes within DaVita Integrated Kidney Care.
This is a hybrid in-person position with the option to be fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate operational processes, identify strategic opportunities, and develop streamlined solutions to create a more scalable business model.
- Collaborate directly with care team leadership to identify territories and map patients to care teams. This is a mixture of art and science and will demand analytical rigor, plus strategic considerations.
- Analyze data to provide operators and executive leadership with strategic insight to drive decision-making
- Work cross functionally to deliver new data tools to support our team
- Develop ad hoc and recurring reporting to drive performance metric tracking with leadership
- Foster process improvement by proactively identifying bottlenecks, propose solutions for optimization, and support implementation of new solutions
This role provides opportunity for career advancement, given its extensive interaction with cross-functional teams in DaVita IKC and DaVita more broadly, including visibility with many leaders at the Director and VP level.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree-Required
- At least 2-4 years of experience-Required (will consider internship experience)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook required
- Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payers, value-based care models, and/or integrated healthcare models- Preferred
- Process improvement training (Lean Six Sigma, PDSA)- Preferred
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with a strong ability to independently get the right stuff done
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills over the phone and the computer required
- Strong customer service skills, with experience and comfort interfacing with multiple cross-functional teams
- Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to changing conditions and demands
- Comfort analyzing information and communicating findings to different audiences

Salary/ Wage Range
$46,700.00 - $68,600.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
