Associate Manager – Tariffs and Training
Description:
The Associate Manager – Tariffs and Training should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. The Associate Manager will assist the Regional Training Manager in providing classroom training, webcast training, and industry meeting presentations to meet customers’ needs. Another responsibility will be to assist in the development and maintenance of training materials to stay current with the industry. In addition to the training, will be expected to assist in providing customer service through written and oral communications.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist and support the Regional Training Manager
- Provide consultation and assistance to customers within the regional area
- Develop training materials for delivery to customers
- Conduct training in person and online
- Maintain and oversee updates in the industry-specific database
- Regularly review training materials to ensure presentations are accurate and are correctly formatted using published standards
- Travel to regional and customer locations to provide training
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, training, and database management
- Strong Microsoft applications skills, particularly in PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written skills in both formal and informal settings
- Ability to lead/moderate conferences, work well in teams and be able to direct/coordinate work among teams
- Minimum of 3-4 years overall experience
- Ability to travel domestically up to 35%

Working Conditions: Normal office environment

Location (hybrid): Alpharetta, GA, preferred, but would consider other regional locations of:
