Title:

The successfully selected candidate for this ADTR Event Coordinator position will be a full-time employee of the KBR team supporting our DOD Test Resource Management Center’s (TRMC) contract. TRMC is working with INDOPACOM to gather needs and requirements to build out T&E solutions. Duties will include the following:

• Assist in eliciting and capturing INDOPACOM requirements for ADTR;
• Serve as a Liaison to JS J7 for Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC);
• Coordinate travel documentation for ADTR supported experimentation;
• Work directly with the operational community, helping TRMC define the required infrastructure for distributed test training and experimentation events;
• Develop Logistics process for the ADTR Network Verification and Integration Lab (ANVIL);
• Assist ANVIL visitors with meetings, security, and process;
• Work with TRMC program management and senior leadership to help estimate and plan resources for ADTR;
• Communicate TRMC vision for the future of distributed T&E in DoD Strategic Plan for T&E Resources and appropriate DoD T&E community forums;
• Become established as a functional authority on Operational requirements in the T&E community.
• Oversite, monitoring, coordination of exercise and event planning resources and staffing, including high level VIP synchronization.

Must meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience to include the following: professional leadership, management, and business consulting experience; knowledge of joint training operations and strategic-level exercises assessments supporting U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM); participation in Large Distributed Test, Training or Experimentation Events
• Experience as a training and exercise senior analyst for USINDOPACOM
• United States Citizenship
• Active and readily transferable Top Secret clearance
